Bradley P. Dunn is the owner of Cornermark Real Estate, LLC and a Certified General Real Property Appraiser based in the Triad region of North Carolina. With more than a decade of experience in appraisal, real estate consulting, and financial analysis, he provides valuation services across central North Carolina and beyond. His practice covers residential, commercial, and complex income-producing assets.
Bradley’s career spans both public and private sector roles. At CBRE in Charlotte, NC, he served as a Certified General Appraiser and Senior Valuation Associate, focusing on right-of-way and specialized commercial assignments for institutional and governmental clients such as the NCDOT and the North Carolina Department of Justice. He also worked with Analytical Consultants in Chapel Hill, completing commercial assignments for regional banks and public universities, gaining extensive experience with institutional standards and complex property types. Currently, he serves as a review appraiser with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, where he evaluates appraisal reports for regulatory compliance and valuation reliability.
Earlier in his career, Bradley worked in New York, Atlanta, and other major markets with Situs (later SitusAMC). He advanced from Analyst to Assistant Vice President, underwriting commercial real estate loans across multiple platforms, including Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), C-PACE, and balance sheet lending. His responsibilities included financial modeling, borrower and sponsor analysis, third-party report review, market research, and preparing credit presentations for senior loan committees. He also provided underwriting for warehouse lenders, assisted senior leadership with client management, and supported risk monitoring services for institutional clients.
Bradley also served as an Associate at Grove Street Investment in New York, where he prepared asset summary reports and updated underwriting packages for government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs). His role involved reviewing borrower information, loan terms, and market data to support multifamily lending initiatives, including HUD-related programs.
With a professional background bridging field appraisal, review, and institutional credit underwriting, Bradley applies a capital-markets-informed, analytical approach to real property valuation. He is a Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University.
