He also provided underwriting for warehouse lenders, assisted senior leadership with client management, and supported ongoing risk monitoring services for institutional clients.
Bradley also served as an Associate at Grove Street Investment in New York, where he prepared asset summary reports and updated underwriting packages for government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs). His role involved reviewing borrower information, loan terms, and market data to support multifamily lending initiatives, including HUD-related programs.
